An interactive acting, storytelling, and play session in Arabic.

This workshop is designed to nurture creativity, boost self-confidence and encourage self-expression in Arabic using theatre and play. Through a series of fun and dynamic activities, children will explore the magic of storytelling, character development and improvisation. They’ll learn the art of teamwork and discover the joy of bringing stories to life in their own unique way.

Time:

Session 1 (ages 4-6 years old) 10:30-11:30AM

Session 2 (ages 7-12 years old) 12:30-13:30PM

The session will be facilitated by Nada Sabet

This session will also include some timeless Arabic characters from Ibn Battuta to Shahrazad just to name a few.

Nada Sabet is a director and facilitator with two decades of experience across the Arab world.
She holds a BA in Psychology and Theatre from The American University in Cairo, and an MA from Goldsmiths University of London in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship.

Nada has created works for adults, youth and children in theatrical and non-theatrical spaces all over Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco, Germany, Denmark and Holland, including several audio productions.

She likes to mix multiple  schools and styles, allowing her to engage with all ages in fun and thought-provoking ways. She is also cofounder and director of Liblib publishing, Creating delightful children’s books in Arabic for children all around the world. www.liblibpublishing.co.uk.
