Fees
- A £60 registration fee applies to families registering on a termly basis.
- Families who register for the full academic year, whether paying the annual fee in one payment or by monthly Direct Debit instalments, will not be charged the £60 registration fee.
The registration fee covers the student’s learning pack and study materials for the academic year.

Payment Options
Parents can choose from the following payment options:
Full Academic Year – One Payment
Parents registering for the full academic year may pay the full annual fee in one payment.
No additional charges apply.
Full Academic Year – Monthly Direct Debit
Parents may register for the full academic year and pay the annual fee by 10 monthly Direct Debit instalments.
The monthly Direct Debit is an instalment arrangement towards the full annual fee and is not a month-to-month subscription.
No additional charges apply for paying by Direct Debit.
Termly Registration
Parents may register on a termly basis and pay the applicable term fee.
A £60 registration fee will apply to termly registrations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full-Year Registration
Full-year registrations are for the entire academic year.
Where a family wishes to withdraw during the academic year, one full term’s written notice is required. Fees remain payable during the notice period.
For families paying by monthly Direct Debit, the monthly payments are instalments towards the annual fee and do not constitute a monthly cancellation arrangement.
Termly Registration
Termly registrations are for the full term.
Once a term has started, fees are non-refundable and cannot be reduced or transferred due to absence or early withdrawal.
Refunds
Any approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the refund being agreed.
Refunds are not normally available after the relevant term has started, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Yasmeen Arabic Language Centre.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
